旅游村生活污水排放规律研究及其治理建议

Study on Discharge Law of Domestic Sewage in Tourist Villages and Suggestions

旅游村人口潮汐现象严重,生活污水排放规律复杂,环境敏感度高,治理模式尚不成熟.以福建省某旅游村为例,本文研究了其一年内生活污水水量、水质排放规律.研究结果表明,旅游村生活污水排放量不均匀,日变化系数高达3.3.其中,劳动节、国庆节、元旦假期平均日进水量分别是年平均进水量的 1.32 倍、1.53 倍、2.67 倍,部分时段超过污水处理设施的设计处理能力;在节假日持续时间较短、单日游旅客多时,COD浓度稳定在较高水平,平均值约为 116.1mg/L,而氨氮浓度稳定在较低水平,约为 7.4mg/L;多日游人数及年底返乡人员增多时,COD浓度下降,最低值为 41mg/L,氨氮浓度上升,最高值约为 69.1mg/L,春节前后TP浓度上升明显.此外,采用A/O工艺的污水处理设施处理污水时,出水COD浓度始终满足排放标准,但氨氮和TP浓度均出现超标.
The tidal phenomenon of population in tourist villages is serious,the domestic sewage discharge law is complex,the environmental sensitivity is high,and the treatment mode is immature.Taking a tourist village in Fujian Province as an example,the study shows that the diurnal variation coefficient of discharge is uneven which of domestic sewage in tourist villages is as high as 3.3.Among them,the average daily inflow during the May Day,National Day and New Year's Day is 1.32times,1.53times and 2.67times of the annual average inflow respectively,which exceeds the designed treatment capacity of sewage treatment facilities in some periods;when the duration of holiday is short and there ara many single-day tourist,the COD concentration is stable at a high level,the average value is about 116.1mg/L,while the ammonia nitrogen concentration is stable at a low level,about 7.4mg/L;when the number of multi-day tourists and returnees increased at the end of the year,the lowest value of COD concentration decreased to 41mg/L,and the highest value of ammonia nitrogen concentration was about 69.1mg/L,the TP concentration increased significantly around the Spring Festival.In addition,when the wastewater treatment facilities utilize the A/O process,the COD concentration of the effluent consistently meets emission standards,but both the ammonia nitrogen and TP concentrations exceed the allowable limits.
