Experimental Study on Dynamic Adsorption and Regeneration of Styrene in Industrial Coating Organic Waste Gas by Zeolite Molecular Sieve

本研究选用分子筛对工业涂装典型有机废气苯乙烯吸附及再生性能进行中试研究,构建接近实际废气治理工程情况的VOCs吸附-再生-催化燃烧装置,通过对苯乙烯进行吸附及再生,得出不同型号沸石分子筛穿透吸附容量与再生性能,为废气治理项目实施及吸附剂选型提供参考.
A pilot study was conducted on the adsorption and regeneration performance of typical organic waste gas styrene in industrial coatings using different types of molecular sieves.VOCs adsorption regeneration catalytic combustion device was constructed that is close to the actual situation of waste gas treatment engineering.Through adsorption and regeneration experiments on styrene,the penetration adsorption capacity and regeneration performance of different types of zeolite molecular sieves were obtained,providing reference for the implementation of waste gas treatment projects and the selection of adsorbents.
