摘要
中核集团作为核工业发展的主力军,正处于自"两弹一艇"以来最为重要的发展战略机遇期,并面临全方位竞争与调整的新形势,须全面提升科技创新供给能力.作为"国之光荣"的秦山核电基于自身及行业科技创新工作,对新形势下核电企业如何激发科研动力、提升科研水平进行研究,提出了加强科研体系建设、坚持人才引领战略、多层次精准激励等具体措施,以及下一步工作展望.
Abstract
As an important cornerstone of national security and the main force for the development of the nuclear industry,CNNC is in the most important period of strategic development opportunities since the development of the"A-bomb,H-bomb and nuclear submarine"and faces a new situation of all-round competition and adjust-ment,so it is necessary to comprehensively improve the supply capacity of scientific and technological innova-tion.As"the Glory of the Country",Qinshan NPP,based on its own and the industry's scientific and techno-logical innovation work,conducted study on how nuclear power enterprises stimulate scientific research momen-tum and improve scientific research level under the new situation,and proposed specific measures such as strengthening the construction of scientific research system,adhering to the strategy of talent orientation,and multi-level precise incentives,and look forward to the next development.
