为了改善秦山核电维修现场作业工业安全状况,最大程度避免安全事故,秦山核电根据核电厂工作风险控制、工业安全、辐射防护、消防保卫等管理程序和维修领域高风险作业管理办法相关要求结合先进人工智能算法自主设计,研发了国产化智慧监控系统.通过对现场作业事前计划管理、事中作业监管、事后监督反馈实现核电维修现场作业全天候、全过程、全方位的安全质量监管;通过对作业人员、作业类型、违章违规数据、整改情况多维度数据进行智能分析自动生成分析报告,并根据报告提升完善核电安全生产管理制度.平台运行期间,秦山核电维修现场作业人员行为更加规范,违章行为快速识别即时整改,降低了工业安全事故,提高了现场作业质量.
Design and Application of the Intelligent Control Platform for the Site Operation of Nuclear Power Maintenance
In order to improve the industrial safety condition of the maintenance site of Qinshan NPP and maxi-mize the avoidance accidents.Qinshan NPP independently designed and developed a domestic intelligent monito-ring system according to the management procedures of nuclear power plant work risk control,industrial safety,radiation protection,fire protection and other management methods for high-risk operations in the field of main-tenance,combined with artificial intelligence algorithms.Through pre-planning management,in-process super-vision and post-supervision feedback of on-site operation,all-weather,whole-process and all-round safety and quality supervision of on-site operation of nuclear power maintenance can be achieved.Through intelligent analy-sis of the multi-dimensional data of workers,work type,violation data and rectification situation,the analysis report is automatically generated,and the safety production system of nuclear power is improved according to the report.During the operation of the platform,Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant maintenance site workers'be-havior is more standardized,and illegal behaviors are quickly identified and immediately rectified,reducing in-dustrial safety accidents and improving the quality of on-site operations.
