核电厂大修是影响机组能力和经济效益的重要因素,缩短大修工期可有效提升机组能力因子和经济效益,利于核电厂提升影响力和竞争力.本文结合秦山核电近年在大修计划和规划方面存在的不足,运用系统性优化方法,对其中影响大修业绩提升的主要制约因素开展分析,最终通过建立卓越工期体系,并开展大修计划和规划方面的优化,在不影响大修安全质量的前提下,有效提升了秦山核电大修业绩水平的效果,也为其他核电基地提供了很好的借鉴和参考.
Optimization of Nuclear Power Plant Outage Scheduling and Plan-ning Based on Excellent Duration Traction
Outage is an important factor that affects unit capacity factor and economic benefit of nuclear power plant,shortening the outage duration will effectively improve the capacity factor and economic benefit of the unit,and help the nuclear power plant enhance its influence and competitiveness.Based on the shortcomings in the outage planning and scheduling of Qinshan NPP in recent years,this paper uses systematic optimization methods to analyze the main con-straints affecting the improvement of outage performance,finally establishes an excellent duration system and carries out the optimization of outage scheduling and planning,finally effectively improves the outage performance level of Qinshan NPP without affecting the safety and quality,and also provides a good reference for other nuclear power plants.
