摘要

核电厂数字化后,操纵员在计算机界面进行监视、评估与操纵,需要进行大量软操作.为全面了解数字化核电厂主控室软操作任务特征,基于操纵员任务类型以及 NUREG/CR-6690,确定操纵员软操作类型.然后以某核电厂丧失给水事件复训为例,分析其反应堆操纵员(RO)和汽轮机操纵员(TO)的软操作特征.实例分析结果表明:TO软操作、界面管理任务和主任务次数大于 RO;操纵员界面管理任务次数大于主任务次数;操纵员软操作工作负荷与任务有关,且不同工况下操纵员工作负荷存在差异;操纵员界面管理任务中,导航和查询/质问占比最大.

Abstract

After the digitization of nuclear power plant,a large number of soft control operations should be per-formed for operators to monitor,evaluate and operate at the computer interface.In order to fully understand the characteristics of soft control operations of the main control room in digital nuclear power plant,the types of soft control operations of operators were identified based on the types of operator tasks and the NUREG/CR-6690.Then,the soft control operation characteristics of the reactor operator(RO)and the turbine operator(TO)of a nuclear power plant were analyzed by taking the retraining of the loss of feedwater event as an exam-ple.The case study showed that the number of TO soft control operations,interface management tasks and pri-mary tasks were greater than that of RO.It was also found that the number of interface management tasks was greater than that of primary tasks.The workload of soft control operation was related to the tasks and the workload under different working conditions was different.During the interface management tasks,navigation and interrogating actions occupied the largest proportion.
