核电厂设备冷却水系统安全列全寿期大修优化

针对 M310 核电机组设备冷却水系统(RRI)检修,机组下行进入换料冷停堆后,隔离一列 RRI,检修结束后倒列,隔离另外一列 RRI.以往每一列 RRI 检修时都需要完全隔离并排空,本文从运行人员实际工作的角度出发,通过对 RRI安全列检修项目进行优化,做到每次大修只对一个安全列进行隔离并排空,另外一列只隔离不排空,这样可以节省排水及充水排气时间 20h.本文以秦山第二核电厂 3 号机组 3RRI B列为例分析了具体的优化方案,以及优化后可能带来的一系列变化,并给出针对性措施,对其他机组大修工期的优化具有借鉴意义.
Optimization of the Safety Train Full-life Overhaul for RRI of Nuclear Power Plant
For the maintenance of the safety train load(RRI)of the equipment cooling water system of the M310 nuclear power unit,the unit went down into the refueling cold shutdown and isolated one RRI.After the maintenance,the train was inverted and the other RRI was isolated.In the past,each RRI train needs to be completely isolated and emptied.From the perspective of the actual work of the operators,this paper optimizes the maintenance items of the RRI safety train,so that only one safety train is isolated and emptied in each over-haul,and the other train is isolated and not emptied,which can save 20 hours of drainage and water filling time.This paper analyzes the specific optimization measures,as well as a series of changes that may be brought about by the optimization,and gives targeted measures.This paper analyzes the 3 RRI train B of Unit 3 of Qinshan No.2 Nuclear Power Plant as an example.The optimization of the overhaul schedule has reference significance and can bring great benefits.
