摘要

本文基于核电厂 M310 机组应急事故规程,开发数据采集及图像识别、逻辑组态和画面组态三种软件工具,融合了基于神经网络的文字信息识别技术,快速实现事故规程逻辑模型和画面搭建,构建了一套智能化应急事故规程系统,跟踪执行应急事故规程,实现快速、准确地定位事故和诊断事故发生原因.并以M310 机组应急事故规程进行案例分析,在核设施发生事故时,通过采集机组数据,以 A0_M01 应急事故规程为例,直观展示事故规程的判断依据,监视设备运行状况和关键参数,实现数据驱动下规程的跟踪,给出相应的处理规程指引及建议,缓解操纵员或应急决策人员的分析负荷,提高人员的决策效率,从而保障事故得到快速有效地控制,为人员提供分析依据和技术支持.

Abstract

Based on the emergency procedure of M310 unit,this paper develops three software tools,data acqui-sition and image recognition,logic configuration and picture configuration,integrates the text information recog-nition technology based on neural network,quickly realizes the logical model and picture construction of the ac-cident procedure,and constructs a set of intelligent emergency procedure system to track and implement the e-mergency procedure.To quickly and accurately locate and diagnose the cause of the accident,in the case of an accident in a nuclear facility,by collecting the data of the unit and taking the A0_M01 emergency accident pro-cedure as an example,the judgment basis of the accident procedure can be visually displayed,the operating sta-tus and key parameters of the equipment can be monitored,the data-driven procedure can be tracked,and the corresponding handling procedure guidelines and suggestions are given.The analysis load of the operator or e-mergency decision maker is alleviated,the decision-making efficiency of the personnel is improved,so as to en-sure that the accident is quickly and effectively controlled,and the analysis basis and technical support are pro-vided for the personnel.
