燃料组件在转移过程中存在受到非预期力的风险,近年来各核电厂也有燃料组件在乏池转移过程中受到非预期力的事件发生,因此对此类事件的检查及评价策略进行研究是必要的.本文分析了燃料组件受到非预期力后对于堆芯正常运行存在的潜在影响,并针对相关影响提出了类似事件的系统化检查流程及目的.采用外观检查、阻力塞及控制棒配插试验、离线啜吸检查、受力分析等手段,以确认需回堆燃料组件的结构完整性.本文提供的检查方式为避免此类事件发生以及类似事件处理提供了系统性的支持,具体事件的处理可根据现场情况开展.
Inspection and Evaluation Strategies for Fuel Assemblies after Un-expected Stress
There is a risk that fuel assemblies are subject to unexpected forces during the transfer process.In re-cent years,various power plants have also experienced incidents in which fuel assemblies were subject to unex-pected forces during the transfer of spent fuel pools.Therefore,it is necessary to study the inspection and eval-uation strategies for such events.This article analyzes the potential impact on the normal operation of the subse-quent reactor core after the fuel assembly is subjected to unexpected forces,and proposes a systematic inspection process and purpose for similar events based on related impacts.The visual inspection,resistance plug and control rod mating test,offline sip inspection,stress analysis and other means are carried out to con-firm the structural integrity of the fuel assembly that needs to be returned to the reactor.The inspection meth-ods provided in this article provide systematic support for avoiding such incidents and handling similar incidents.The handling of specific incidents can be carried out according to the on-site conditions.
