摘要

目前核电厂主控室生产调度广泛采用电话调度方式进行,调度电话常态情况下难以并行开展多个业务,容易造成运行操作阻塞,导致设备缺陷无法及时处理;为此急需开发一套核电厂数字化生产调度系统,利用可视化、智能化手段,结合多媒体数据传输和人工智能技术,实现自动进行数据分发,即时提醒生产待命人员和相关管理人员,对机组需紧急抢修的缺陷、灾害类事件、配合运行操作等生产调度指令进行全流程、全要素管控,形成生产调度的标准化管控模型,实现"以客户为中心、数据跑腿、操纵员减负与响应提速,实现"主控最多通知一次",提升核电厂主控室生产调度的精细化管理水平的目标,提升机组安全运行效率.

Abstract

At present,telephone scheduling is widely used for production scheduling in the main control room of nuclear power plant.Under normal circumstances,it is difficult to carry out multiple businesses in parallel,which can easily cause operational blockages and equipment defects that cannot be dealt with in a timely man-ner.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a digital production scheduling system for nuclear power plant.By utilizing visualization and intelligent methods,combined with multi-media data transmission and arti-ficial intelligence technology,automatic data distribution can be achieved,and production standby personnel and relevant management personnel can be immediately reminded.The production scheduling instructions for emer-gency repair of defects,disaster events,and coordinated operation of the unit can be controlled throughout the entire process and all elements,forming a standardized control model for production scheduling,To achieve the goal of"customer-centered,data running,operator load reduction and response acceleration",achieve the"noti-fication of the main control room at most once",improve the refined management level of production scheduling in the main control room of nuclear power plant,and improve the safe operation efficiency of the unit.
