基于辽宁核电创新打造基于集成工单的项目微单元管理全新模式,将生产运维的管理理念深度应用于工程建设,实现风险自动预警,提前管控,推进项目精细化管理,通过一至六级计划的纵向穿透,设计、采购、施工、调试等各领域的横向匹配,建立精准的一体化进度管理计划.将施工图纸按照一定原则进行划包,并与一体化计划充分耦合,形成可管控的进度微单元(工作包),通过提取工程量作为各方协同的工作载体实施集成管理,建立信息化平台实现自动预警,通过工作包的持续更新不断反哺进度计划优化、助力赢得管理,保障工程实体与质量计划统一,并一定程度推动进度、质量、安全、投资四大控制的联动管理.高效解决项目建设过程中的进度管理难点,为核电建设创造了一定的经济价值,对核电项目管理具有一定的推广和借鉴意义.
Project Micro-unit Management Practice Based on Integrated Work Orders in Nuclear Power Enterprises
Based on innovation of Liaoning CNPP to create a new project micro-unit management mode based on the integrated work order,the management concept of production operation and maintenance is applied deeply to engineering construction,to realize the automatic early risk warning,to control in advance,and to promote the fine project management.Through the longitudinal penetration of the Level Ⅰ-Ⅵ program,horizontal matching in design,procurement,construction,commissioning and other fields,an accurate and integrated schedule management plan is established.The construction drawings are packaged according to certain principles,and is fully coupled with the integration program,to form a controlled progress microunit(work package).By extracting the project quantity as the working carrier of all parties,an information platform is established to realize automatic early warning.Through the continuous update of the work package,and continuous feed of the schedule optimization,the management is won,and the unification of the project entity and the quality plan is ensured,and to a certain extent the progress,quality,safety,investment and other four control linkage management are promted.It efficiently solves the difficulties of progress management in the process of project construction,certain economic value of nuclear power construction is created,and has certain promotion and reference significance for nuclear power project management.
