Development and Application of Work Order Cost Analysis Tool for Nuclear Power Overhaul Based on Power BI
This paper introduces the complete process and core framework of building a cost analysis data model based on Power BI for the overhaul project/work order dimension.Through the dynamic association with the work order system,the cost of overhauling a work order,a system,a sub-item,an area or an overhaul can be accurately calculated.Based on the refined analysis of the overhaul cost data,the transition from purely financial target-driven to business lean-driven process management and control has been completed.The direct economic benefit of a single overhaul exceeded 10 million yuan,and the cumulative benefit reached 76.48 million yuan.The lean space for overhaul costs has been continuously tapped,and the business management level has been continuously improved.
