福清核电首次提出了数字化维修工作链建设方案,以领跑核电运营业绩为目的,基于合规、集约、高效理念,按照四个层级、六大原则统筹顶层设计,开展以数字工包为纽带的数字化维修工作链建设,通过福清核电自建系统与中国核能电力股份有限公司统建系统的有机衔接与高效融合,打破数据交互壁垒,串联传统维修工作链中不同业务模块之间的电子流程断点,将需要用人跑流程和纸质传递的业务环节全部电子化、数据化,实现维修工作全链条数字化、协同化,破解了传统维修工作链中的电子流程断点与数据交互壁垒,提升了维修过程的合规性、规范性、人员绩效与检修质量,为解决一线维修人员面临的实际困难,推动企业技术创新和管理流程精细优化,提供了一种高效可行的案例.
Construction and Implementation of the Digital Maintenance Work Chain for Nuclear Power Plant Based on the Digital Work Package
A digital maintenance work chain construction plan was proposed by Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant for the first time,with the aim to take the lead in nuclear power operation performance.Based on the concepts of compliance,intensification,and efficiency,the top-level design is coordinated according to four levels and six principles.The construction of a digital maintenance work chain is carried out linked by digital work packages.Through the organic connection and efficient integration of the self built system of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant and the unified construction system of China National Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.,the data exchange barriers are broken,and the electronic process breakpoints between different business modules in the traditional maintenance work chain are connected.All business links that require manual and paper-based transmission are digitized and data-driven,achieving the digitalization and collaboration of the entire maintenance work chain.The electronic process breakpoints and data exchange barriers in the traditional maintenance work chain are broken.The compliance,standardization,personnel performance,and maintenance quality of the maintenance process provide an efficient and feasible case for solving the practical difficulties faced by frontline maintenance personnel,promoting technological innovation and fine optimization of management processes in enterprises.
