Exploration and Practice of Digital Transformation of State-Owned Assets in Qinshan Nuclear Power
Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is determined to be the leader of nuclear power in the new era,and realize the world leader in nuclear power management through digital transformation.In terms of state-owned assets management,it has been exploring and integrating and unifying the management granularity of the original power plants to form a standardized management system of state-owned assets including core elements such as rules,methods and processes to provide support and guarantee for assets data and informatization.And by clarifying the inventory of assets,using comprehensive and accurate asset basic data,the unified management and scientific operation of the asset data and information are strengthened.Finally,through the continuous exploration of the asset data and information system,the internal business process of asset management is optimized,and the whole process visualization and traceability is realized by comprehensively integrating data,so as to build the digital management system of state-owned assets of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant.By constantly strengthening the transformation of the digital management of state-owned assets,Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant effectively plays the role of the digital platform as steward,improves the operational efficiency of Qinshan Nuclear Power asset management,and provides more sufficient scientific basis for the enterprise's operation and management decisions.
