摘要

2019年中国核能电力股份有限公司(以下简称"中国核电")充分考虑国际形势和自身发展需要作出决定,研发核电全流程国产化安全生产管理平台(ASP-1),打造具有自主知识品牌的国内首创大型核电工业软件,解决核心技术受制于人的问题,并为数字化转型奠定坚实基础.该项目历时三年半时间,成功完成了各项研发任务并满足各项性能指标.ASP-1设计时充分吸收中国核电30多年的运行管理经验,创建了有中国特色的核电安全生产绩效模型,并在此基础上开发了一款融合最新数字技术和先进架构的数字化安全生产管理平台,打破"人有我无"的被动局面,体现了中国核电的道路自信和理论自信,打造具备里程碑意义的核电生产信息管理国产化产品.

Abstract

In 2019,China's nuclear power fully considered the international situation and its own development needs to make decisions,developed a domestically produced safety production management platform(ASP-1)for the entire process of nuclear power,created the first large-scale nuclear power industrial software with independent knowledge brands,solved the core technology neck jam problem,and laid a solid foundation for digital transformation.The project lasted for three and a half years,successfully completing various R&D tasks and meeting various performance indicators.When designing ASP-1,we fully absorbed more than 30 years of operational management experience from China's nuclear power,created a nuclear power safety production performance model with Chinese characteristics,and developed a digital safety production management platform that integrates the latest digital technology and advanced architecture.This breaks the passive situation of"others have but I don't",reflects China's confidence in the path and theory of nuclear power,and creates a domestically produced nuclear power production information management product with milestone significance.
