Jiangsu Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.(JNPC)is the first nuclear power plant in China which has established an independent I&C department.In the cross-reactor operation management mode,exploring the establishment of a standardized system for I&C operation is an urgent need for implementation of enterprise refinement management.Based on the concept of group-reactor management,JNPC has broken down the professional barriers of different reactor types and units,promoted the transformation of I&C operation management mode from"integrated single-reactor"to"multi-dimensional group-reactor refinement".Through top-level planning,JNPC creates the management modes of matrix for the I&C department directors,radiation with multiple centers and nodes at the section level,and integrated system for the I&C major.It adopts management methods to achieve multi-dimensional operation standardization of I&C human resources,finance,and material management,such as"leading-educating-operating-management"of personnel training,"isoassimilation-standardization-informatization"of contractor management and"focus on training,execution and performance",using"four in place"and"four magic weapons"in the overhaul,and"three control methods"for daily operation and maintenance.Through practice and the intelligent platform,a refined standardized management system for I&C operation was successfully built,which improves the reliability of I&C system equipment operation and the operational efficiency of power plants.The experience of establishing and implementing a standardized management system for I&C operation can be used for reference and promoted in the management fields of maintenance,equipment and other related operation in the same industry.
