Aiming at the standardization and refinement of the effective maintenance of equipment qualification during the operation of AP1000 nuclear power plant,this paper analyzes the status of equipment qualification control in the operation phase of AP1000 nuclear power plant,expounds the establishment and implementation of the refined equipment qualification management system in AP1000 nuclear power plant based on the practice of equipment qualification management of Sanmen nuclear power plant.The"1+2+3"refined management and control system,including equipment appraisal outline management,lists control,procedure control,multi-professional cooperation guarantee and other elements,has been systematically established,and measures such as the classified management and control strategy of appraisal equipment,the establishment of life extension assessment process,and the construction of operation restriction supervision mechanism have been implemented to standardize the implementation of the refined management of equipment qualification of AP1000 nuclear power plant.The practice of this system has obtained remarkable economic and social benefits,and accumulated experience for nuclear power enterprises to carry out equipment qualification and effectively maintain fine control.The research results are of great significance for promoting the normalized control of nuclear power equipment qualification,and provide strong support for the high-quality development of nuclear power industry.
