Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant deeply grasped the political positioning of the inspection work,actively explored new thinking and methods that closely integrate grass-root inspection with career development.Through proactive commitment,systematic planning,proactive operations,and bold innovation,a number of outstanding inspection achievements and excellent cases of inspection rectification have been formed,and a"precise five-oriented"management model has been established.The author summarized and extracted the typical experience of"four essentials for inspection"and created an inspection culture themed with"leader",which has played an active role in promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise.This article aims to summarize and extract innovative practices of grass-root inspection work with replication and promotion value,and propose improvements for subsequent optimization and perfection.
