In order to improve the reliability of completion data,the importance and characteristics of completion data are introduced.Due to many influencing factors,determining the cause through fishbone diagram analysis and reviewing the three aspects of material data,welding data,and non-destructive testing data through data statistical analysis and pie charts is the fundamental reason for affecting the reliability of product completion data.The difficulties and key points of the review are elaborated,effectively ensuring the traceability of key process quality in the equipment manufacturing process,and also ensuring the completeness and accuracy of completion data systematically,it shortens the data review cycle,ensures high-quality and reliable delivery of product completion data to users,and lays a good foundation for subsequent installation and use of nuclear power equipment.
