Based on the current verification process and means,there are still a lot of anomalies in the engineer-ing configuration of the factory test stage,and the change implementation cost is high when there is an anomaly,which is not conducive to the high-quality and efficient development of the project.Therefore,the virtual verification system is used to optimize the testing and verification process,so as to realize the verification in advance at the engineering configuration realization stage of the safety-class DCS system,and improve the quality of the engineering configuration delivered to the FT stage.The implementation results prove that the technology is feasible,and many anomalies of the engineering configuration are found in subsequent factory test cycle,improving the efficiency of teh testing and verification,and ensuring the product quality.
