本论文针对汛期全厂非放射性含油排水系统油水储存池液位快速上涨,导致厂房和设备被淹的异常运行状态,通过深入分析系统设计、针对主要问题点进行分析论证,结合论证结果进行现场实际验证,整治后非放射性含油排水系统运行可靠性得到大幅提升,能有效避免再次出现厂房及系统设备被淹事件,从而确保全厂流出物排放满足相关法规监管要求,相关分析论证经验及优化建议对同行处理类似问题有一定的参考借鉴意义.
Study on Operation Reliability Improvement of Non Radioactive Oily Drainage System
This paper aims at the abnormal operation condition of the plant and equipment flooded due to the rapid rise of the liquid level in the oil-water storage pool of the non radioactive oily drainage system of the whole plant in the flood season Through in-depth analysis of the system design,analysis and demonstration of the main problem points,combined with the demonstration results for on-site actual verification,the operation reliability of the non radioactive oily drainage system has been greatly improved,which can effectively avoid the flooding of the plant and system equipment again,so as to ensure that the effluent discharge of the whole plant meets the regulatory requirements of relevant laws and regulations.Relevant analysis and demonstration experience and optimization suggestions have certain reference significance for peers to deal with similar problems.
