基于ADACS_N平台报警卡在线更新方法的研究与应用

福清核电1~4号机组采用全厂数字化控制系统(DCS),其中DCS二层使用法国源讯的ADACS_N平台.核电厂因设计变更、画面优化等需求需要对报警卡进行更新,而ADACS_N平台无在线更新功能,导致电子化报警卡无法跟随纸质版报警卡同步升版.通过分析ADACS_N平台报警卡设计原理,推演出ADACS_N平台报警卡数据库在OWP工作站、数据存储服务器以及维护工程师站中的存储和调用关系.据此分析,建立了在ADACS_N平台实现报警卡在线更新功能的模型架构,并开发出报警卡在线更新工具软件脚本.测试表明,研发的ADACS_N平台报警卡在线更新工具功能完整,且能够保证平台各服务器故障重启后的数据一致性,报警卡在线更新过程对KIC平台负荷扰动满足设计要求.
The Research and Application of Alarm Card Online Update Approach on ADACS_N Platform
Fuqing Units 1~4 adopts the plat wide digital control system(DCS),the DCS level 2 uses the ADACS_N platform of Atos,which needs to update the alarm due to design changes,picture optimization and other needs.However,the ADACS_N platform has no online update function,so that the electronic alarm cannot be updated synchronously with the paper alarm.By analyzing the design principle of alarm card of the ADACS_N platform,the paper analyzed the alarm card database saving and reading path on ADACS_N Severs,including OWP workstation,data storage sever and maintenance engineer station.Based on the study,a model framework is established to realize the online update function of alarm card on the ADACS_N platform,and developed the alarm card online update tool software script.The verification test results show that the online update tool can achieve expected function,When the sever fails,its data can be synchronized after the sever is restarted.Meanwhile,the load disturbance of the KIC platform during the online updating of the alarm card meets the design requirements.
