核电厂核级直流及UPS系统给安全功能相关设备提供电源,其供配电设计与负荷的选型是否匹配,关系到核电厂的安全运行.直流阀门电动执行机构起动电流超出设计值,可能会引起供电回路压降大于允许限值,导致阀门不能正确开启和关闭,影响核安全功能.本文根据某核电机组调试期间发现的直流阀门电动执行机构起动电流超设计值问题,分析了其对核电厂造成的影响和产生原因,提出整改措施并进行了验证.
Analysis and Treatment of the Excessive Starting Current of the Nuclear Grade DC Valve Electric Actuator
The nuclear grade DC and UPS systems of nuclear power plants provide power to the safety related equipment.The matching of the power supply and the distribution design with load selection is related to the safe operation of nuclear power plants.The starting current of the DC electric actuator exceeds the design value,which could lead to a voltage drop in the power supply circuit which is higher than permitted,resulting in the valve not being able to open and close correctly,and affecting nuclear safety functions.This paper analyzes the impact and causes of the problem of the starting current of the DC valve electric actuator exceeding the design value discovered during the commissioning of a nuclear power plant.Rectification measures are proposed and verified.
