化容系统下泄热交换器容量问题分析及应对策略研究

为解决某核电厂存在的下泄热交换器热侧出口温度长期低于设定值、冷侧出口存在汽化风险、冷却水流量调节阀经常运行在低限位附近、难以准确调节冷却水流量等系列难题,采用换热器设备设计软件HTRI和系统水力模拟软件Flowmaster,通过模拟计算,找出问题的根源在于下泄热交换器容量偏大.进而模拟计算发现,通过削减下泄热交换器容量、调低其热侧出口温度定值、增加设备冷却水流量干预手段、优化设备冷却水流量调节阀选型等方法,可有效解决上述难题.
Analysis and Countermeasures for Capacity of the Letdown Heat Exchanger of the Chemical and Volumetric Control System
In order to solve the problem that the outlet temperature of the hot side of the letdown heat exchanger of a nuclear power plant is lower than the set value and there is a risk of vaporization at the outlet of the cold water side,the cold water flow regulating valve is set to operate near the low limit for a long time,and it is difficult to accurately adjust the cold water flow.Using HTRI and Flowmaster software,through simulation calculation,found out that the root cause of the problem is the excessive capacity of the letdown heat exchanger.Furthermore,the simulation calculation shows that the above difficulties can be effectively solved by reducing the capacity of the letdown heat exchanger,lowering the set value of the outlet temperature at the hot side,increasing the intervention means of the cold water flow,and optimizing the selection of cold water flow regulating valve.
