福清核电M310机组采用的是基于法系法规及筛选准则编制的法系技术规范,"华龙一号"为最新第三代机组,采用的是基于美系风险指引型规则并依据一定的筛选准则编制的中系技术规范.通过对比发现,两种技术规范对部分系统在运行限制条件上有较大区别,本文通过对余热排出系统在两种技术规范下的运行限制条件分析,找出差异,分析原因,提出问题,并结合当前国内法系转美系(中系)技术规范的大趋势,给出当前基于美系研发的中系技术规格书在余热排出系统上的管理偏差建议,同时结合风险指引型技术规范的概率安全分析管理,总结出了中系技术规范相对于法系技术规范的优劣,并提出管理建议与应用方向.同时针对"华龙一号"余热排出系统,给出了基于中系技术规范下的大修窗口的优化建议.
The M310 unit of Fuqing NPP adopts the French technical specifications based on the French screening criteria.HPR1000 is the latest third-generation unit which adopts the Chinese technical specifications based on the American risk-guided screening criteria.Through comparison,significant differences are found in the operation restrictions of some systems between the two technical specifications.In order to find out the differences and analyze the reason between the two technical specifications,the operation restriction conditions of the residual heat removal system under the two technical specifications are analyzed in this paper,and suggestions are given on the management deviations of the current Chinese technical specifications based on the American technical specifications in the residual heat removal system by combining the general trend of the current domestic French technical specifications transferring to the American(Chinese)technical specifications.The advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese technical specifications compared with the French technical specifications are summarized by the probabilistic safety analysis management of the risk-guided technical specifications,and management suggestions and application directions are proposed.Meanwhile,the optimization suggestions of the overhaul window based on the Chinese technical specifications are given for the residual heat removal system.
