基于VBA和LABVIEW的核电厂仪控设备逻辑功能验证方法

在核电厂仪控设备测试中,验证其逻辑功能与设计要求的符合性至关重要.然而,当前验证过程主要是人工操作,包括编写测试脚本、仿真逻辑功能和数据记录等,这导致了自动化程度的不足和测试效率的低下.为解决这一问题,本研究基于EXCEL-VBA和LABVIEW软件开发平台,将测试技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合,设计并开发了一套逻辑测试系统.该系统具备随机生成测试脚本、自动配置信号地址、实现TCP/IP和MODBUS通信、执行测试、生成数据报表和测试结果判断等多项功能.本文将从系统总体设计、硬件系统设计以及软件系统设计三个维度,全面阐述该逻辑测试系统的构建与实现.通过与传统测试方法的对比表明,新开发的逻辑测试系统能够显著提高核电厂仪控设备逻辑功能验证的测试效率和准确率,减少测试资源投入和人因差错,为核电厂的仪控设备测试领域带来了新的解决方案和思路.
The Logic Function Verification Method of the I&C Equipment in Nuclear Power Plant Based on VBA and LABVIEW
In the testing of I&C equipment in nuclear power plants,verifying the conformity of its logical functions with design requirements is crucial.However,the current verification process relies heavily on manual operations,including the writing of test scripts,simulation of logical functions,and data recording,which leads to insufficient automation and low testing efficiency.To address this problem,this study combines the testing technology with the virtual instrumentation technology based on the EXCEL-VBA and LABVIEW software development platforms.A logic testing system has been designed and developed.This system possesses various functions,including random generation of test scripts,automatic configuration of signal addresses,realization of TCP/IP and MODBUS communication,execution of tests,generation of data reports,and judgment of test results.This article comprehensively elaborates on the construction and implementation of the logic testing system from three dimensions:overall system design,hardware system design,and software system design.Compared with traditional testing methods,this study shows that the newly developed logic testing system can significantly improve the testing efficiency and accuracy of verifying the logical functions of the I&C equipment of nuclear power plants,while reducing testing resource inputs and human errors.It brings new solutions and ideas to the field of I&C equipment testing for nuclear power plants.
