摘要
移动式集装箱作为核电建设工程现场一种临时性建筑,是各承包商单位作业班组每日安全活动和临时办公、休息场所,近年来集装箱火灾事件频发.长期以来集装箱防火问题一直缺乏系统性的规范要求和本质安全防火技术应用经验,在保温材料、电气线路、装修材料、危化品乱存、防火间距、用火用电等方面的火灾隐患比较突出,对核电项目建设安全构成严重威胁.在"国和一号"核电项目对数千个集装箱在保温材料、电气线路、装修材料、防火间距方面进行本质安全化防火技术改造实践,重新构建"立体式"防火结构,使全厂集装箱整体防火性能大幅度提升,核电项目建设周期内均未发生集装箱火险事件,有效解决了核电项目长期存在的集装箱防火难题,是践行核安全文化的一项良好成果.
Abstract
As a temporary structure on the site of nuclear power construction project,mobile container is a daily safety activity,temporary office and rest place for contractors.For a long time,there has been a lack of systematic normative requirements and experience in the application of intrinsically safe fire prevention technology for container fire prevention,and fire hazards in insulation materials,electrical lines,decoration materials,hazardous chemicals storage,fire spacing,and fire and electricity use are more prominent,posing a serious threat to the safety of nuclear power construction.In the CAP1400 large-scale nuclear power project,thousands of containers were transformed into intrinsically safe fire prevention technology in terms of insulation materials,electrical lines,decoration materials and the:three-dimensional fire protection structure was rebuilt,greatly improving the overall fire performance of containers in the whole plant,and there was not a single container fire risk incident during the construction cycle of the nuclear power project,effectively solving the long-standing problem of container fire prevention in nuclear power projects.It is a good practice of nuclear safety culture.
