摘要
以某核电厂重混凝土浇筑为依托,为了确保施工质量及施工工期,结合现场实际情况,采用传送带传输重混凝土进行混凝土浇筑.分析了传送带传送重混凝土的理论及机理,进行了上机试验及工艺评定,并成功地运用到转运室、清洗室的重混凝土浇筑中.相对传统的重混凝土浇筑提高了施工效率,且质量得到了保证.
Abstract
In order to ensure the construction quality and construction period,and based on the heavy concrete casting of a nuclear power plant,the heavy concrete casting is carried out by using the conveyor belt to transport the heavy concrete,combined with the actual situation of the site.The theory and mechanism of the conveyor belt transporting the heavy concrete are analyzed,and the machine test and process evaluation are carried out,and the heavy concrete casting of the transfer chamber and the cleaning chamber are successfully applied.Compared with the traditional heavy concrete casting,the construction efficiency is improved,and the quality is guaranteed.
