摘要

通过对核电机组大修修后试验流程展开深入分析,对维修后试验流程各环节进行了优化论证和改进,并讨论了进行构建数字化平台,结果显示:流程优化后,提高了修后试验工作质量和效率.修后试验流程数字化优化的方法和思想可以作为国内电厂开展大修活动组织的重要参考.

Abstract

Optimizing the testing process of major equipment after overhaul,and improving its planning,execution and safety,is particularly important for improving the quality of overhauls of nuclear power plants and promoting the progress control of overhauls of nuclear power plants.Through the in-depth analysis of the testing process of nuclear power plants after overhaul,optimization and improvement of each link in the testing process were carried out,and the construction of a digital platform was discussed.The results showed that through this optimization,the quality and efficiency of the testing work after overhaul were improved.The methods and ideas for digital optimization of the testing process after overhaul can serve as important references for organizing the overhaul activities in domestic power plants.
