核电厂安全有关的操作活动必须遵循批准发布的规程文件,获得正确的规程文件并正确使用规程文件对核电厂安全运行具有至关重要的作用.从文件管理视角看,通过解析非结构化文件以实现文件电子化执行的做法,更多是集中在文件应用环节.随着智慧核电、数智核电等推进和发展,核电厂开展了规程结构化编制,本文结合相关实践,探讨了基于结构化规程的核电文件全生命周期管理方式,包括规程转换、编辑、新编、升版、导出、查询,对操作单或工作包进行结构化准备,文件的执行、记录和归档等内容,为同行核电厂文件管理提供参考.
The operation activities related to the safety of nuclear power plants shall follow the approved and issued procedures.Obtaining the correct procedures and the correct use of these procedures is of vital importance to the safe operation of nuclear power plants.From the perspective of document management,the practice of analyzing unstructured files to achieve the electronic execution of documents is more focused on the use of documents.With the promotion and development of smart nuclear power and digital smart nuclear power,nuclear power plants have carried out the structured compilation of procedures.Based on relevant practices,this paper discusses the whole life cycle management of nuclear power documents based on structured procedures.and provides reference for the file management of peer power plants,including procedure conversion,editing,new compilation,upgrade,export,query,structured preparation of operation orders or work packages,file execution,recording and archiving,etc.
