数智时代拔尖创新人才培育构想——基于量子管理理论的视阈

数智技术的创新与迭代需要拔尖创新人才作为支持,拔尖创新人才培养要适应数智时代的发展与要求.量子管理视阈下的数智时代拔尖创新人才培育需协调好三种关系:人才素质的内在属性与外在要求、管理模式的客观性与建构性及管理思想的分野与契合的关系.数智技术供给与量子管理理论的融合运用是拔尖创新人才培育的实践理路.具体表现为:锚定"量子自我+数智公民"培育目标,锻造"量子组织+数智调控"培育结构,形塑"量子系统+数智系统"培育生态,营造"量子社会+数智空间"培育社区.高校在拔尖创新人才培育实践中既要承认量子管理范式的建构性责任,也要尊重科层管理范式的客观性事实,达成量子管理与科层管理的二元统一.
Concept of Cultivating Top Innovative Talents in the Age of Digital Intelligence:Based on the Perspective of Quantum Management Theory
The innovation and iteration of digital intelligence technology need the support of top innovative talents,and the cultivation of top innovative talents should be adapted to the development and requirements of the digital intelligence era.The cultivation of top innovative talents in the era of digital intelligence under the threshold of quantum management needs to harmonize three relationships:the intrinsic attributes and extrinsic requirements of the quality of talents,the objectivity and constructiveness of the management mode,and the divergence and compatibility of the management ideas.The integration of digital intelligence technology supply and quantum management theory is the practical way of cultivating top innovative talents.The specific performance is as follows:aiming at the cultivation goal of"quantum self and digital intelligence citizen",forging the cultivation structure of"quantum organization and digital intelligence regulation",shaping the cultivation ecology of"quantum system and digital intelligence system",and creating the cultivation community of"quantum society and digital intelligence space".In the practice of cultivating top innovative talents,institutions of higher education should not only recognize the constructive responsibility of the quantum management paradigm,but also respect the objective facts of the scientific management paradigm,so as to reach the binary unity of quantum management and scientific management.
