An Exploration of Evaluation for University Social Service in UK Under the Improvement Paradigm:Based on the Analysis of Knowledge Exchange Concordat
In order to promote the social service function of universities through evaluation,the UK proposed the Knowledge Exchange Framework project in 2017,and also proposed the Knowledge Exchange Concordat(KEC)project based on the improvement paradigm of evaluation.From 2020 to 2021,the KEC project has launched an initial evaluation of knowledge exchange activities in British universities.The project takes quality improvement as its fundamental purpose,focuses on the investigation of the internal mechanism of knowledge exchange activities,supports value diversification,and promotes cooperation and co-creation between evaluators and evaluation object,which has a significant impact on the internal improvement of knowledge exchange in British universities.Britain's evaluation of university social service under the improvement paradigm has great significance for our country to accelerate the construction of a perfect university social service evaluation system.
