Study on the International Practices of Building Enterprises with Integration Between Industry and Education Under the Perspective of"Value-Standard-Logic"
Building enterprises with integration between industry and education is a key measure to deepen the integration of industry and education and guarantee the main body position of enterprises participating in vocational education.Taking the UK,Germany and Australia as examples,the study explores the international practice of building enterprises with integration between industry and education based on the theoretical perspective of"value-standard-logic".It is found that building a complete vocational education institutional system and a mutually beneficial and symbiotic ecology of the integration of industry and education are the aims of building enterprises with integration between industry and education in these three countries.Meanwhile,these three countries realize the institutionalization and standardization of building process through the construction of the certification standards covering the basic conditions,staffing conditions,institutional conditions,supporting conditions,incentive conditions,and outcome conditions.Additionally,the logics of building enterprises with integration between industry and education in these three countries including the multi-body collaboration type,industry-association-led type,and government-led type.This also provides inspiration for China to solve the current challenges of building enterprises with integration between industry and education.
