摘要
管束是换热器的核心组成部件,换热管与管板的焊接是管束加工的关键工序.在奥氏体不锈钢换热器加工过程中,换热管与管板焊接时会出现裂纹,降低产品质量,缩短使用寿命.本文对不锈钢换热管管口裂纹原因进行分析,并结合分析结果给出合理的返修措施.
Abstract
Tube bundle is the core component of heat exchanger,the welding of heat exchange tube and tube plate is the key process of tube bundle processing.In the process of austenitic stainless steel heat exchanger,cracks will appear when the heat exchange tube and tube plate are welded,which reduces the product quality and shortens the service life.In this paper,the crack causes of stainless steel heat exchange tube are analyzed,and a reasonable repair measures are given based on the analysis results.
