摘要
除氧器在热力发电厂的锅炉系统中起着重要作用,其任务是除去水中的氧气,以防止锅炉内壁产生腐蚀和结垢.然而,在实际运行过程中,除氧器经常会出现除氧效果不佳的情况.本文将结合多年设计经验及客户反馈实际情况,通过分析,探讨除氧效果的影响因素,以及如何进一步提高除氧效果的方法与实践.
Abstract
Deaerator plays an important role in the thermal power plant boiler system.Its task is to remove oxygen from water to prevent corrosion and scaling of the boiler inner wall.However,in the actual operation process,the deaerator often appears the effect of poor deaerator.This article will combine many years design experience and the customer feedback actual situation,through the analysis,discusses the deoxidization effect influence factor,as well as how further enhances the deoxidization effect the method and the practice.
