摘要
我公司制造的反应器进料汽化器是全球首台采用壳程降膜的卧式降膜蒸发器,本文论述了该设备制造工艺技术,包括入口过渡管成型控制、大直径薄壁筒体圆度控制、分布装置膜头装配尺寸控制、大直径厚壁膨胀节热处理变形控制工艺技术,以及矩形管板与壳体对接和角接接头无损检测工艺技术.
Abstract
The reactor feed vaporizer manufactured by our company is the world's first horizontal falling film evaporator using shell side falling film,and this article discusses its process technology,including the forming control of inlet transition pipe,roundness control of large diameter thin-walled cylinders,assembly size control of distribution device falling film tube,and heat treatment deformation control of large diameter thick-walled expansion joints,nondestructive testing technology for butt and corner joint of rectangular tube plate and shell.
