Talking about the Strength Calculation of Gear-engaged Clamp with SW6-2011
The gear type clamp structure is often used as the quick-open door of the pressure vessel.The gear type clamp combined with pneumatic or hydraulic drive can realize the automatic loading and unloading of the pressure vessel,it is widely used in various industries,such as triangle belt curing tank,giant tire curing tank and mold locking device of tire curing press,etc.This article introduces a calculation method for appropriately increasing the minimum end thickness of toothed flange and optimizing the structure of toothed clamp.
