摘要
本文介绍了大直径高压浮头换热器的制造关键点的控制,提出了一种浮头侧试压工装,解决了壳程压力较高时,试压工装与浮动管板外圆之间间隙密封的难点.为同类产品管束组装、试压等关键工序提供了一定的借鉴经验.
Abstract
This article introduces the control of key manufacturing points for large diameter high-pressure floating head heat exchangers,and proposes a floating head side pressure testing fixture to solve the difficulty of sealing the gap between the pressure testing fixture and the outer circle of the floating tube plate when the shell side pressure is high.This provides certain reference experience for key processes such as bundle assembly and pressure testing of similar products.
