本文分析了转化炉炉管HP40Nb与过渡段管P11异种钢焊接接头在使用过程中缺陷产生原因.在修补前进行了焊接工艺评定试验,并对NB/T 47014中弯曲试验项目进行了论证.在焊接修补时采取了特殊的工艺方法保证焊缝返修一次合格.最后建议在设计阶段将过渡段P11改为TP321更适合生产使用.
Repair of Welding Joint Defects of HP40Nb and P11 Dissimilar Steel In-service
In this paper,the causes of weld defects in HP40Nb and transition section P11 of reformer furnace were analyzed.The welding process evaluation test was carried out before repair,and the bending test items in NB/T47014 were demonstrated.In addition,special process methods were adopted during welding repair to ensure that the weld was qualified once.Finally,it is suggested that the transition section P11 should be changed to TP321 in the design stage,which is more suitable for production use.
