加氢反应器管板堆焊工艺和防变形措施分析

加氢反应器的管板为Cr-Mo钢堆焊E309+2209双相钢结构,由于管板直径大,厚度薄,管板堆焊后极容易产生变形,而且还要避免堆焊铁素体含量超标等问题,堆焊难度大且工艺复杂.本文提出了一种合理的管板堆焊工艺和防变形措施,有效地解决了管板变形问题,并采用不同的测定方法对堆焊层的铁素体含量进行分析,均达到设计和标准要求.
Analysis on Tube-sheet Surfacing Welding Process and Anti-deformation Measures for Hydrotreating Reactor
The tube-sheet of the hydrogenation reactor is Cr-Mo steel surfacing welding E309+2209 dual-phase steel structure.Due to the large diameter and the thin thickness,the tube-sheet is easy to be deformed,and the problems such as the excessive content of the stack ferrite should be avoided,the surfacing welding is difficult,and the process is complicated.In this paper,a reasonable process and anti-deformation measures of tube-sheet surfacing welding are put forward,which effectively solve the problem of tube-sheet deformation.Different measuring methods are used to analyze the ferritic content of tube-sheet layer,and all meet the requirements of design and standard.
