摘要
本文针对化工设备金属内壁的腐蚀、减薄、泄漏等问题提出增加内衬的修理方案.通过对正丁醇产品塔增加内衬的案例分析研究,并在实施中验证修理方案可行,希望能节约更换设备的成本.在今后化工设备修理遇到同样类似的问题提出了一套修理参考方案.
Abstract
In view of the corrosion,thinning,leakage and other problems of metal inner wall of chemical equipment,this paper puts forward the repair plan of increasing the lining.Through the case study of adding lining to N-Butanol product tower,and the feasibility of the maintenance plan is verified in the implementation,hoping to save the cost of replacing equipment.In the future chemical equipment repair encountered similar problems,a set of repair reference scheme is put forward.
