Manufacturing Technology of Heat Conduction Oil Heater
Heatexchangers are widely used in chemical equipment such as petrochemicals,coal chemicals,pharmaceuticals,and food.There are many types of connection structures between the tube and shell sides.The double Ω ring+gasket composite sealing structure used in this thermal oil heater has excellent performance such as high temperature resistance,high pressure resistance,and sealing reliability.However,its manufacturing process is complex and processing difficulty is high difficult to process.This article provides a detailed introduction to the manufacturing process of key components such as processing,assembly,welding,and water pressure testing hydrostatic test of thermal oil heaters,with a focus on the key process control and precautions of the double Ω ring sealing structure in manufacturing.
