本文通过对12Cr2Mo1R钢焊缝金属在不同热处理状态下室温、高温力学性能以及-20℃、-30℃ KV2低温冲击韧性和硬度等的检测,对比分析焊缝金属各项性能与不同热处理温度之间的变化趋势;用试验数据说明为了防止焊缝后热消氢(DHT)时硬脆碳化物析出造成焊缝金属强度及硬度过高而使焊接接头开裂,焊缝焊后不能用后热消氢(DHT)来代替中间消除应力热处理(ISR).
Performance Tests of 12Cr2Mo1R Steel Weld Metal Under Different Heat Treatment States
This article compares and analyzes the changes in various properties of 12Cr2Mo1R steel weld metal under different heat treatment conditions,including room temperature and high-temperature mechanical properties,as well as-20℃ and-30℃ KV2 low-temperature impact toughness and hardness.Using experimental data to illustrate that in order to prevent the precipitation of hard and brittle carbides during post weld heat dissipation(DHT),which may cause excessive strength and hardness of the weld metal and lead to cracking of the welded joint,post weld heat dissipation(DHT)cannot be used instead of intermediate stress relief heat treatment(ISR).
