摘要
本文通过EJMA标准中推荐的金属波纹管液压成形原理及成形模具的结构型式,结合生产实践的经验,列举了波纹管液压成形常用的两种密封结构,并分别介绍了其结构特点及应用方法.详细阐述了多种密封圈材料的性能特征和应用范围,给出密封圈选用建议.最终通过应用,分析总结出限位型和非限位型两种波纹管液压成形用密封方法的优缺点和适用范围.
Abstract
Based on the principle of hydraulic forming of metal bellows recommended in EJMA standard and the structure type of forming die,combined with the experience of production practice,two kinds of sealing structure commonly used in hydraulic forming of bellows are listed,and their structural characteristics and application methods are introduced respectively.The performance characteristics and application range of various sealing ring materials are described in detail,and the selection recommendations of sealing ring are given.Finally,through application,the advantages and disadvantages of the two sealing methods for hydraulic forming of bellows,limit type and non-limit type,are analyzed and summarized.
