S25073 super duplex steel strength is high,S25073 material head in the forming process of work hardening rate is fast,stress concentration,the forming of the head brings great difficulties,so the strength and plasticity of the weld on the head put forward higher requirements.Choosing the right welding method,welding material and welding process is an important factor to ensure the performance of the weld.Experiments show that S25073 super duplex steel head welded by submerged arc welding has high welding efficiency and few weld defects.The matched welding material and reasonable welding process can obtain excellent welded joints and excellent performance,and the weld will not crack during the forming process of the head.The weld strength,impact toughness and corrosion resistance all meet the production needs,which has a high guiding significance for the actual production.
