摘要
本文从H型鳍片管的产品技术要求出发,结合闪光电阻焊的工艺特点,提出了其焊接工艺评定的工艺因素、试件形式及制备、检验要求、结果评价和焊工技能考试的评价方法,为H型鳍片管闪光电阻焊在电站锅炉省煤器制造中的应用提供了可靠的技术保障.
Abstract
Based on the technical requirements of H-type finned tube and the characteristics of flash resistance welding,the process factors,specimen form and preparation,inspection requirement,result evaluation and welder skill test for welding process evaluation are put forward,it provides a reliable technical guarantee for the application of flash resistance welding of H-type finned tube in the manufacture of economizer of utility boiler.
