摘要
插焊在筒体上的接管端面是一种复杂的马鞍型曲面,一般采用手工切割方式,切割效率低,且切割时间长,质量差,误差大.利用龙门框架、切割轨迹模拟系统、夹紧装置组成、电源控制柜等设备,研制出一种悬挂式厚壁马鞍形接管自动切割机组,节省了自动切割机组各部件的功能和研制过程.生产实践证明,该自动化切割机组操作简单,使切割效率和切割质量大幅提高,在切割马鞍形接管端面时应用效果良好.
Abstract
The end face of the nozzle welded on the cylinder is a complex saddle shaped surface,which is generally cut manually,resulting in low cutting efficiency,long cutting time,poor quality,and large errors.A hanging thick wall saddle shaped automatic cutting unit has been developed using equipment such as a gantry frame,cutting trajectory simulation system,clamping device composition,and power control cabinet,saving the functions and development process of various components of the automatic cutting unit.Production practice has proven that the automatic cutting unit is easy to operate,greatly improving cutting efficiency and quality,and has a good application effect in cutting the end face of saddle shaped nozzles.
