摘要

矩形容器是压力容器比较特殊的一种结构,其门结构作为矩形容器中重要的部件之一,其设计计算方法可以采用规则设计法,由于其结构的特殊性也可以采用分析设计方法.本文分别对门结构进行规则设计和分析设计,并对比两种计算方法.同时对门结构进行疲劳分析,得出门结构具有无限寿命,满足疲劳设计需求.

Abstract

Rectangular vessel is a special type of structure in pressure vessels,and their door structure,as one of the important components in rectangular vessel,can be designed and calculated using the rule design method.Due to the particularity of their structure,design by analysis methods can also be used.This article conducts rule design and analysis design on the door structure and compares the two calculation methods.At the same time,fatigue analysis was conducted on the door structure,and it was found that the door structure has an infinite fatigue life,meeting the fatigue design requirements.
