摘要
循环氢压缩机入口分液罐所采用的SA516 Gr70(R-HIC)材料是一种具有一定抗氢致开裂和抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂能力的钢材,由于其较低的碳当量及合金元素,极低的硫、磷含量,具有良好的焊接性能,结合其腐蚀机理,制定预焊接工艺,进行焊接工艺评定试验,焊接接头各项力学性能满足标准要求,进一步进行抗氢致开裂试验和抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂试验,证明预焊接工艺可以保证焊接接头满足设备在腐蚀环境下的使用要求,从而制定产品焊接工艺,进行产品焊接.
Abstract
SA516 Gr70(R-HIC)of Hydrogenation Recycle Gas Knockout Drum was a low alloy steel with resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking and resistance to sulfide stress cracking and stress corrosion cracking.It had good welding ability due to low carbon equivalent and alloying elements,and very low sulfur and phosphorus content.The pre-welding process specification was developed combined with its corrosion mechanism,and the welding procedure qualification test was carried out.The property of the welded joint meet the requirements of the standards and specifications.The results show that the pre-welding process specification meet the requirements for use in corrosive environment according to further research on the resistance to hydrogen-induced cracking test and resistance to sulfide stress cracking and stress corrosion cracking test.So as to formulate the product welding process and applied to the product welding.
