透明PVC容器承压能力探讨

摘要
为了满足科研人员实时观察反应容器内反应状况的需求,反应容器选用透明材质.以透明PVC材质立式圆柱形反应容器为研究对象,其内部进行酸浸矿石反应,材料选用热压挤出型透明级PVC板材,执行标准按GB/T 22789.1-2023,进行了 0.1MPa、0.2MPa、0.3MPa、0.4MPa的水压试验,并对破口进行了分析.结果表明,DN500,壁厚20mm的容器最大承压能力为0.3MPa,且该容器承压失效模式主要为脆性断裂.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of researchers to observe the reaction status inside reaction vessels in real time,some reaction vessels use transparent materials.The vertical cylindrical reaction vessel made of transparent PVC material was taken as the research object,and acid leaching reaction was carried out inside.The material was selected as hot pressed extruded transparent grade PVC sheet,and water pressure tests of 0.1MPa,0.2MPa,0.3MPa,and 0.4MPa were carried out according to GB/T 22789.1-2023.The rupture was analyzed.The results show that the maximum pressure bearing capacity of a DN500 container with a wall thickness of 20 mm is 0.3 MPa,and the main failure mode of the container under pressure is a brittle fracture.
